Dave C 63 Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 I normally hang my Pheasants for about a week then eat or freeze them, but after cleaning / preparing them i put them in the fridge and forgot about them, how long can they be left in the fridge after being hung 1 week?
