when i used to work nights id finish at 6.30am , when i should have been thinking about sleeping id go home get dogs in car and away for a hearty walk , felt great , smell of air , no one but me and the dogs about , cleared my head on shite that happend on shift ect , then went home and nodded away :)

id prefer to walk the dogs early morning than to evening .
