It just replaces the salts and sugars that the dog loses when exercising! That's all it does...it will rehydrate a dog quicker than water so is a good thing. Don't think a well exercised dog really needs it myself but alot of lads are using it so it must do something otherwise they'd spend their money on something else.

spot on , it puts the salts+sugar back in them, they will lose alot if run hard say 20-35 runs. And it helps with the stiffness in the morning, i always give them a drink of it at the end of the night, then a good rub down, then feed - kennel :thumbs:

It all boils down to recovery ,its got nothing to do with how fit a dog is or not (yes a fitter dog recovers quicker i know) ,...put the stuff in at end of night dog recovers quicker to go out again,i put everything into my dogs diet ,recovery ,when your out 4/5 times a week a dog needs all help it can get .
