snoopdog 1,256 Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 ive had 6 from 6 in febuary and numbers aint everything in coursing ...like most people 3 good runs which are exciting to watch and a bit arse clenching at times with a good result at the end is far better then killing 6.where you maybe had two or three good runs ..dogs that can kill 6 top class hares are rarer then hens teeth and thats a fact...saying that killing 5 out of 5 or more in the middle of winter is still a very good day out ...and not to be sniffed at.. even if all the runs wernt top class...better off enjoying your day and dont set off wanting big numbers ...because you may end up disspointed ..just enjoy the day and the runs you have ...you will have good and bad days no matter how good of a dog you think you have on the end of your lead... 1 Quote Link to post
