I dont know where to start.........not many of u have any idea about Pig hunting.........one dog can catch a pig this is how we here in NZ judge a good dog if it cant catch on its own its only a mutt.

kev you aint got a good dog for them then weve had plenty some inthe freezer now may have another before xmas

typical rifle man no sport in shooting game imo its alot better and enjoyable seeing a dog you brought on as a pup to do the job in hand jmo

120kg isn't that much to press if you've been training for any length of time.

Happy to prove it if anyone's bothered enough to watch thumbs.gif.

As I'm not as young as I used to be, my condition comes and goes in cycles (depending on tendonitis), but I should be able to press it between 6 and 10 times in a set.

It's only 264lbs (what I'm used to!), 300 + lbs is more impressive.

 

Totally agree though, for someone who doesn't/hasn't trained, 120kg is flip heavy!

I think not, well I have it, and though most off it is entertaining and the hounds work well keeping the pigs at bay till the big dogs are brought along with there chest plates to hold the hogs while the lads cut the testicales off them and then release, that's for reasons I don't think you would have the brain to understand so I won't explain it. Point is at one stage there is a big dog on a hog in a swamp and some halfwit jumps up to his chest in the water and starts swinging a knife like someone not fking wise. Not only does he nearly stabb himself and the dog but he does a pathetic job to even wound the hog while near drowning himself in the proceeds. If you don't think that's stupid then it shows me the kind off f@ckbag you are.

I have trained for 3 years now and any body who knows me knows I have a gym in my spare room. I pyramid train and I top out at 125kg I do this for my recreational sports. Its not impressive at all considering the length of time I have trained and it's only an average mans weight but I don't train to get big I train to stay healthy. I havnt trained in 3 months due to starting rugby for my town and tired off that and with the hunting, Its just bogger as always trying to have a dig but doesn't realise he's the one being laughted at.

Does anyone here hunt them in the UK and eat them? I for one am busting to know how they taste compared to the farm reared beast.
