a late start

went out friday with my eldest lad, we were late getting there as we had to leave the car and walk to the hill, as we were walking up there was a lot of rabbits running into the sets

when we do these sets we purse net the top and put a long net across the bottom

 

the ferret soon had a few moving ,bolting 5 then killing in ,we had a hard four foot dig and pulled out two ferrets and a dead rabbit

the other ferret came up after bolting two more rabbits that went back down other holes ,i picked her up and called it a day as i had to be elsewhere at dinnertime

That looks like some stunning scenery but hard walking. It's a compromise I don't normally mind though.
