billbroon 9
Well guys went out stalking yesterday to see if i could get my first Roe deer. Stalked through the wood and came across a Doe about 40 yards in front. She was stopped so i stayed put and tryed not to move, when she put her head down i moved another 5 yards or so to get in a better postion. Got her in the scopes, squeezed the trigger and with a heart-lung shot down she went. Was happy it was a clean kill, but i have been practicing quite alot with .222 so it payed of. Also my first gralloch, got everything out clean so it couldnt have went any better. One to remember !! Thanks Billy P.S Sorry pics not that got. 1 Quote Link to post

Cheers, it was quite windy but the wood i was in is quite thick so it wasnt to bad. She will be enjoyed and theres a good weight to her so i should get some good meat. Quote Link to post
