SHAPED PURSE NET ROW SEQUENCE

What are the mesh numbers on a shaped purse net, ie, the first numbers in the first row and sow on , any help will be appreciated, DAVE

9 mesh then add a mesh up 10 rows then 4 the same then back down to 9 meshes losing a mesh each row hope this helps

I do 8,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,8. At 2 1/4" meshes. Gives a shaped net 21 meshes long. Works for me mate.

9 15 9 with a 2 1/2 inch mesh gives you a 3 foot 6 net

Sorry lads I,m a bit daft lol , I know how to add a mesh but how does losing a mesh work, I mean if you deliberately not pick up a mesh how doe,s that not feck the net up

just pick 2 meshes up when you want to decrease i usually do the first mesh normally then the secon on third pick up together

Start with 9, then 11, 13, 15. Stay with 15 until you have done 18 in total, then back down, 13, 11, 9.

 

21 rows in total, 42 ish inches long, depending on mesh size.

Shaped nets i do 10 12 14 16 then 16rows of 18 then 16 14 12 10 that gives a nice size 4ft net with plenty of bagging these nets catch and hold very well
