Simoman 110
I love the Renault Traffic, but also had a Peugot Expert, excellent van but the turbo is a much more powerfull model......
the_stig 6,614
I love the Renault Traffic, but also had a Peugot Expert, excellent van but the turbo is a much more powerfull model...... had an expert i run among other vans a fiat scudo on a p reg had it 2 year and hammered it mileage wise .. still drives like new -- looking at the newer shape scudo or vivaro -- is the traffic the same van as vivaro simo ? ... always had old vans and ran em into the ground my old merc sprinters been a star -- trouble free in 4 years .. ran a ducato for a few year as well without to many problems ... if i pay a grand for a van its a lot if it passes its mot all well n good if it fails they still fetch silly money on ebay for spares or repair .. you watch me spend for the first time ever 3 grand plus on a van and it be a bag of shit ... i wont entertain a car these days although i do run an old merc estate .. craigyboy 1,274
theres no beating transits imo,ive got a merc sprinter which i like apart from the catalyst being easy to nick and nearly 2 grand to replace, for that reason i wont buy another, unless merc come up wi summat to stop em nicking em,which i think theyre going to have to
samearl14 11
Watch out for vivaros and traffics with the 6 speed gear box, very prone to needing the box replacing. But they drive well i find.
