bunnybuster 1
hi i have made 5 or 6 purse nets now and have tried two different ways, first way i tried i follwed this website http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ferreter/nets.htm and the second i tried from this website http://www.agouti-nets.co.uk/tutorials.htm my question / well problem is that my nets are a mess, i take my time trying to get it all even and all meshes the same but nothing is working to good so far. i am using spun polyester. so i was just wondering whether it comes with practice or is there an easy way to make these nets. should i be using a different material to start with ? just looking for a few pointers really as surely there is greater satisfaction neting rabbits in your own nets made by your self. any advice greatly appreciated Quote Link to post

Leeview 791
I'd advice starting out with garden twine till you have got the hang of the knots no good for nets really but good enough to learn with as for being rough on your hands try a weight lifters mitt, leather and fingerless Y.I.S Leeview The one beat me to it Edited November 23, 2011 by Leeview Quote Link to post
