cameroncharles 2
Hi all and thanks for reading. I'm using a gen1+ with L805 ir illuminator and the second it gets slightly misty I loose virtually all night vision. Would a laser cut through the evening mist a bit better than my 805. Ps god do the ir's eat through batteries like I don't know what. Thanks for any advice. Regards,Cam
paulus 26
any sort of mist or fog will hamper ir light as it doesnt penetrate much the same as a regular lamp, and yes they chomp through batteries, couldnt answer on the lazer as ive never tried one. pestcontrol121 11
The laser is the same, best thing i have found is let your mate spot at a different angle, you get better distance, its a bit like when you drive in the fog / mist you can see the other drivers lights much better than your own.
