A few years ago i had a whippet x. When she was a pup she broke her back leg. This injury needed a pin as well. Don't think there was any tendon damage though. This bitch served me well after recovering. Had to pts at age 11 through a related illness.

 

So chin up mate. Take it easy with her. Hope for the best.

 

The pup i have just now got run over and broke her front leg. No pins etc. but i hope for a full recovery.

i might be a bit quite for a while....but i recon we will be back as she now looks like arnie the terminator and will never get though an airport....but we will see you soon :D

well the splints off now and the bandges are staying off aswell as its not healing up to good under there and the vet recons its at the point were it would be ok to get some air to to it...and also let her clean it aswell....so if your squeemish......dont look..............
