should be a fast f****r that then take all sorts when its older i have a half x of dave and he is fast whippet in the mix like a feking rocket mate very nice

Thats a great story sowhat, I hope my girl will tackle teeth in due course as her dam does. At some point I will get another dog and one of Daves big crosses would be ideal, either that or a nice bull cross from solid lines

Pat

Well Pat, thats something you can't train them to do, they've either got bottle or haven't.

I wish you all the best with your cracking bitch, please keep us updated with her progress.

Yours in Sport

Geoff

Thanks Geoff, I will keep my fingers crossed. She seems to have suddenly found her bottle. I will keep you posted on her progress.

Gafer, I cant see me coming away from a deerX now to be honest, they just seem to suit me if that makes any sense! Saying that, bullx's seem to be more useful a lot quicker, could it just be that there are loads around?

tidy looking bitch, she gonna be a quik un by the looks of it, roughly how tall is she at the mo?

matt

Hi Matt, she is currently 22". I think she has pretty much reached her height, not sure if she will bulk out much more either. The only thing still growing is her coat!

Northern Lad, thanks for the positive comments.

any up date pic of this dog

I will put some new pics up in a while, all a bit of a sore point at the moment. She is nearly a year and I feel she is starting to mature and I want to get a couple of sessions in before the end of this season but the owner of my permission is dying (imminent) and I have lost the rights, I am struggling to find any where else to take her. She is a bitch from working stock and needs to work, the only land I have now is small and more suited to terrier work. She is a lovely, loyal dog and I feel I am letting her down by not letting her reach her full potential at the moment, especially as she is now starting to fill out a bit and realising what she is for. I dont want to let her go as she is a diamond and I think she has what it takes for next season, is that being selfish? She gets plenty of exercise as I take her running but I dont think she is getting any mental stimulation from it.

Any positive answers appreciated as I am feeling bad at the moment. PM me if preferred.

The coat is thick and wiry, she doesnt feel the cold or wet. She is 23 tts at the moment. I will try and find new permission as I have put a lot of effort in to her and it would be a massive waste to let her go.
