The twats have just called at my mates house, with camara crew in tow . She refused to let them in and they threatend her with the police, so she let them gain entry (without camaras) .

They found nothing to complain about, But give her a lecture on having cats with lurchers. She has ran a f*****g rescue for 17yrs, she has forgot more than they will ever know .

Dont think they will be coming back to see her, but just incase, i said i ask here for the rights of entry.

I did tupe it in but to many threads cam up to look through.

THESE b*****ds HAVE NO RIGHT OF ENTRY UNLESS THEY COME WITH A UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICER WHO MUST HAVE A WARRENT SIGNED BY A MAGISTRATE OR JUDGE AND TO GET THE WARRENT THEY MUST STATISFY THE MAGISTRATE- JUDGE THERE IS A CASE OF CRUELTY OR ILLIGAL ACTIVITY. I WAS ASKED TO SIGN ONE LAST WEEK SO I OFFERED TO GO ALONG WITH THEM WHEN WE GOT THERE THE RSPCA BOD CAME OUT WITH A RIGHT LOAD OF BOLLOCKS SO AS A MAGISRATE I TOLD HIM TO F- OFF AND I WOULD DEAL WITH IT I SPOKE TO THE OWNER CONCERNED, WENT IN LOOKED AT THE DOGS HAD A CUPPA THEN WENT OUT AND TOLD THEM [RSPCA] THERE WAS NOTHING FOR THEM AND I WOULD NOT BE SIGNING THE WARRENT THEN PHONED THE COURT TO GET ALL MAGISTRATES- JUDGES E MAILED AS TO THE ABUSE OF POWER AND NOT TO SIGN ANY WARRENTS UNTIL THINGS HAD BEEN VERIFIED

 

THE RSPCA ARE A CHARITY THEY ARE NOT THE LAW EVEN IF THEY LIKE TO THINK SO

how many people know that they are only masqurading as officials,they are cheeky nosey feckers,who are supposed to be a charity,charities are meant to be non profit organisations,they make money and pay wages,theyve turned it into a thriving business ,theyre now asking on t.v for a million pounds in donations ,thats a tidy sum ,not forgetting how much they are left in wills every day by soft hearted unsuspecting people.

I had them call here last yr while i was out the wife let them see the dogs , but everything was ok.

When asked why they were here ? the answer was "we been told by phone that you have been shouting at your dogs " WAT a f*****g laugh

My mate is devostated, tv crews were filming over her fence neighbours was out. She is off work with a broken ankle and is struggling atm, so she is'nt in the best frame of mind for those twats to come calling. She said it's the shame of them calling with full camara crew too,She is a bit like me and dont talk to many neighbours. She said it was a anon call & was about all her ferrets, she has only got one bloody ferret

Well Margerate phoned the helpline (thanks Stabs) Spoke to a lovely lady called Ann. Seems like the RSPCA want all us little rescues closed and if the Welfare act goes through they will have full entry rights. I know some of you know this already but some dont so putting it up.

Also there is this petition to sign, please take time to read it and sign it as it need atleast 250 thousand signatures befor they will even look at it.

Its the uniform that does it The b*****ds put it on and they think they run the bloody country. People see the uniform and think it means they better do as they are told. Its just clothes at the end of the day, I could dress up in my kinky nurses outfit, but it dont mean I can give mouth to mouth in an emergency situation

 

Reminds me of this well known experiment, where the guards were given uniforms and it went to their heads and they started abusing their power
