I was looking at the Opinal No. 10 and found it for £15 but read numerous reviews stating that it rusted easily and the locking mechanisms were prone to seizing up?

I also wanted a fixed blade as opposed to locking. What do you use Seany?

Cheers

i got a cracking knife of the bushcraft website carnt rember the name of it now, only £10 incl. delivery. i had the carbon blade, but they do it in stainless aswell. carnt fault it at all, easy to sharpen and keeps an edge well, plastic handle so it meets all the criteria for doing deer aswell. someone will put a link up to it, it comes in green and black or hi viz which is handy if you have a habit of missplacing them like me

sounds like a mora frost knife to me. cannot go wrong at thrice the price. Bit on the big side for bunnies.

Dont bother with a gut hook model, as usually on a buck knife they are at a poor angle to the blade to be effective, just learn to use the blade properly
