No I didn't put his dog down, I was winding him up because he said he dug 13 or 14 foot so I told him to make his mind up. I don't need to make a name for myself by coming on here and telling you lot all off my business either. That's what's wrong with this forum too much testosterone and lads thinking they're better than the next person, ohh and people that can't take a bit off banter.

Average dig is about this.

 

 

This one went a bit hairy as it was about 2.5 on the box, then dropped straight down like a chimney then had to tunnel on 2 metres, was very glad to backfill this one.

 

 

Will avoid this place in the future.....

The hardest dig i ever had was last season in an earth along a railway track,i had dug this same earth a few times before out in the field away from the tracks at around 3 or 4 foot each time but this time the bitch(glen x patterdale) went the opposite way 12 if i was to dig up the railway track which we couldn't but it was 15 feet straight in from the side of complete compact stone from about 9 that morning to 10 o clock that night ,looked like a cave when we got done,a fcuking b@stard will never go back to it again unless i get a dog that can be called up 'but if you get it in the field it's a lovely dig

to be honest mate i would of being happy for her to come off that day but she done her job so i was chuffed when we got done ,came back the next day to back fill and that took about 2 hours we even put a cast iron bath in to hurry it up a bit

had a 3.4 last december took 2 of us over 6 hours. had another 2 in the same day and place a few weeks after that, 1st dog entered at 1.30 in afternoon, took him a hour to back them up, got a mark at 2.7 on my own aswell, digging partner arrived at 6.30 and broke through to dog at 7.30 pulled dog out and let a we dog i got off ryan161 in to see if any more in pocket, bad move dog pushed about 8 foot up into another pocket. couple of barks then nothing only very small movement on box and 2.3 deep broke through to dog at 11.00pm locked solid for 3 hours. the ground was like concrete, been back there once this season and got a dig at 0.9. ps the 3.6 dig ryan 161 had was 2 weeks ago and i should have been on it but couldnt make it.

I do but I have to find a scanner and load them. Smudge it was long dont get me wrong but it was on the level into a bank not down , big difference and we had 15 people at least. One thing it was though DANGEROUS I was waiting for someone to get caved in on as it was allot of sand.

I was one of the first on this website as Taffy a long time ago & I havent posted on here in a while as in the last year or so I have lost my house along with my dogs. I have just started to sort things out so I came on here to have a chat with some sound lads I havent talked to in a while & have a look at some good pics & threads like this one & I find a great thread hijacked by the usual bullshit..........If people havent got anything good to say about a thread or a pic then say f**k all & dont spoil it or better still if you want to slag someone of grow a set & dont do it over the f*****g internet do it face to face.

Just starting to sort things out . The crazy ex hack sawed the padlocks off my kennels & I lost all the dogs but Molly who is down in west wales , I nearly went down for murder !!!
