SON OFF SHAM 34
Right there lads. had a bit too much buckfast last saturday night woke up early sunday morning and the misus was doing my bap in, i felt like her. couldnt do that now so i grabbed the rods and fcuked off down to a local trout water close to me. theres big pike in this water but theyre really hard to catch and to give you the best chance, you have to use the freshest bait you can get your hands on. well thats my opinion anyway and it usually works for me. got a run around 10 am 6lber. hit one on a spinner just a wee jack around 3lbs. i hit into another around 2pm or shortly afterwards 13lb. it took a pollen popped up off the bottom about 2foot. at first i thought it was heavier but i weighed it on 3 different sets of scales just to confirm the weight. one set said 13 1/2 lbs so i threw them in the bin as the other two said dead on 13lb. Went home and she'd a big roast dinner on for me so it worked out not a bad day !!!!!! heres a pic, prob a bit small but just getting the hang off uploading pics onto this yoke. PEACE OUT BOYZ Edited November 21, 2011 by SON OFF SHAM 1 Quote Link to post

SON OFF SHAM 34
The other forums on here seem to be flat out with threads particularly the lurcher and running dogs and the terriers !! From my perspective this fishing forum is a tad disappointing ! Don't get me wrong I've read down threw alot off the posts and there's some great threads and cracking fish being caught, though I expected the fishing forum to be as strong if not stronger than the rest. : (((( Quote Link to post

bobcullen79 1,495
Nice fish mate. bigger than my pb pike. You had a fair bit of action aswell. Done a bit of live baiting last Saturday, on a small lake, had a few takes but couldnt make contact. Then my mate put a 9 inch Rudd on and had a take instantly, which I watched with my yellow polarised, the fish was about 14lb. It just kept swimming in circles, but would it feck try and turn the bait. After about 2 min my mate struck and pulled out of the bait. Watched the cheeky fecker wrestle with it then eat it. Funny old game.. Quote Link to post

Then upload your pic onto it, the pic is automatically resized for you. So save as back onto your Pc etc and upload the resized pic or just copy the link for the pic and paste on here. Hope this helps. Sham Quote Link to post
