Swampy 147
www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-14631856 I didn't know this! Ignorance really is bliss. I know the BBC sometimes get a few facts wrong so would be intereste in folks views. My understanding of "rook pie" is that it had to be the young birds as older ones were too tough (To eat not fight/shoot) First time I had it was when I was about 8yo. my great uncle gave it to me without telling me what it was. Can't say I didn't like it. Had it since and can't say it is something I would choose to eat again. Thought comments and abuse please rgds Swampy crow ning

Common sense is a rare commodity these days someone got arrested for killing f****n rooks, what next??? It's almost like they covered all the proper crimes with the various laws, but decided to keep going and introduce laws for things that really do not need controlling. Fair enough, protect endangered species and song birds........but having a law that protects f****n pest species, what gormless brain dead moron passed that law???? totally and utterly staggering!
