My laptop wouldn't shut down yesterday and I had to switch it off by holding down the off button. Switched it on today and all is working apart from it connecting to the Internet. Now it's not the connection cause as I say my phone is working??? Have I possibly hit something or is it a put into the pc shop job? Any help much appreciated. Cheers!!!
