i am looking to get into working with a hunt club i was wondering if you guys could guid me wher to start im intrested in working at the kennels, whip-in, skinning ect . i am only 17 but have a good bit of knowledge on the job as this is my dream and am willing to move wherever the job is .... any help would be great if u no any jobs going ect ... atb andrew

find your local hunt go to a meet or down to the kennels and have a word with them, abit of free work for them will gain you experience and get you some contacts

you want to get ur self regested with the hunting office mate i just got back in to hunt service after a season out. its hard work and long hours gd luck in ur search mate i hope u find somewhere.

you need to get on the mfha register put down what job ya want and they will send you the list every week it has only just come out for this season so you have nt miss much and i think there might be a whip in job down near can nt think off top of me head but get ya sen on the resgister lad

you need to get in tough with the mfha at glouchester then you need to prove to them who you are if ya know what i mean so you need someone to give you a reference then ask them to send you the resister what job was it you was lookin for and i wil keep a look out for ya untill ya get it set up if ya want mate

If its your dream go for it, I did it for abit, long hours and hard work but if you like hounds and hunting its a brilliant career, they do a kind of apprentership scheme now with the MFHA and its well worth getting in and your about the right age. otherwise put your name on the list. you will find both on the internet. just remember its very hard work and long hours, but well worth it if you like your hunting!
