I am interested in a beddy pup but don't know of anyone with any proper workers. does anyone know of anyone or is anyone on the site that own workers? by this I do not mean rabbiting bedlington's that are 20 inch tts lol. Thanks

If you are looking for a worker you will need to look at a Beddy with a bit of something else in the make-up,or get a KC type and forget about the work side of the dog.

That's what i'm looking for mate an old school beddy. No KC shite. Not bothered about looks.. As long as the dog does the job It won't be used as a full on digging dog but I will be doing odd fox with it and stuff that bites back. cheers for help lads, atb.

Some people are happy with a KC type,that bears little resemblance,in looks,or working ability,to a genuine Beddy,the x bred dogs,bred true to type,not only look like the original,but some of them are making useful working dogs,to ground.Go for the real terrier not a fluffy imposter.

so whats in the breeding of a beddy x ? so its like a the white lakelands aka a jack russel? not a pure russel? so its not a true beddy but what gets me that certain people say there breeding beddys or beddy x, lets see pics of these true dogs that so called terrier men breed and see if its what says on the box????? should be interesting

Have a look on the WBF,i guess the only time some people see a real working terrier is if somebody sends them a picture. .

its nice to see people work the smaller type, theres far too many bigger types aound, bigger type would be better crossed with a whippet or greyhound, but thats my thoughts
