Niether am I .....any animal can be made to sicken no matter what type of animal it is we all know that .....its like saying you could take a bull cross to ground that holds plenty of hares and kill

Im talking from my experience mate not every bull x is thick but a good percentage of straight bull greys is imo, i dont mean totally brain dead just there running style not trying to cut quarry off o

salukis a known half hearted jackers most are pussys... only one reason to breed saluki to bullx an that stamina yet loose a lot of gameness... like to see bullxs try for anything but add saluki an watch em jack

Its a good x imo i havnt seen a bad 1 yet. He retrieves every rabbit live to hand, excellent recall, nice tight feet, has brains not like most bull xs and very quick and agile for his size.

everything you want in a lurcher imo

 

Bit of a generalisation matey, i think its an old wives tale the cross has no brains. I think a saluki bull mix from the right stuff is a great running dog imo.......

didnt say they dont do a bit did i ??? all im saying is they jack an most if not all jack sooner than ya standard bull x :thumbs:

Im talking from my experience mate not every bull x is thick but a good percentage of straight bull greys is imo, i dont mean totally brain dead just there running style not trying to cut quarry off on long slips ect ect i aint knocking the x as i wouldnt stray away from the bull xn they suit my kind of work, im looking for a straight bull grey pup at the minute as i have been for months now lol to much shite about trying to sive through the shite and find a well bred 1 is like finding a needle in a haystack

an would like to add some dare i say well bred ? dogs dont sicken an in the wrong hands end up dead yes some dogs dont know when to quit quitting aint an option for them :thumbs:

Nope, you didnt say that.....very true.........like anything, theres good and bad stuff out there same as there are good bulls and shit bulls.....its all in the blood.

 

I dont know what a "standard" bull x is, same as I dont know what a "standard" saluki x is........they are either upto scratch or they are not imho :thumbs:

i hear what your saying but a lot of that is down to experience in the feild mate an the dog learning from its own mistakes an down to the owner to make sure it gets as many easy kills as poss while its young :thumbs:
