Is there any places/situations were you wouldnt ferret ie holes going into hills?

As long as its diggable then i will ferret it that said on my land there is a disused badger sett that goes in to a woodland bank,there are rabbits living in there now but judging by the big spoil heaps of soil the badgers through out it goes very deep so i wouldnt do that.
