up to yourself really,you might have to give her the jab twice a year so the cost will add up a bit...if you dont want to breed her get her spayed..if not you could breed her with a hob that has a vacetomey done so he can take her out of season and not get her pregnant

Ive got 2 hobs and 2 Jills. Plan to get one of my hobs vasectomised and get 2/3 more Jills next year.

 

I will then remove my entire hob from the run for a few months and leave the 4/5 Jills with the vasectomised hob.

so if i got 2jil and 1hob and the hob was spayed the male will bring the jil out of season with out haveing kits or do i get 2 jill and get them both spayed what wood be the best

The hob would have to be vasectamised mate as opposed to castrated.

 

Ie had the snip. Castration would remove testicles and therefore sex drive so wouldn't mate your Jills.

aound £60 for the hob to have a vasectomy will sort you for a number of years opposed to jill jabs at £16 ish per ferret per season

Get the Hob done, cheaper and then you can have even more gills if you choose!
