Yes you have to pay 1st Should have loudly asked for your money back, quoting the 'Sale of Goods Act'....'goods not fit for purpose' etc. I went to Wetherspoons once for the Sunday roast, they had no carrots, peas or gravy left so we had a plate with dried up roast potatoes and microwaved chicken.....pure kak!
