think trouble with lot of these so called failures is their fitness levels,if you want it to perform give it every chance to do so, seems to me to many lads want drag mutt out kennell once a week and expect miracles from it,at least if its fit as and injury free you really see what you got and only then you can decide if its really up for the job in hand

Listen technique will get you further than fitness some dogs have a natural catching ability while some can make it look hard work. I entered my dog in the lamping comp a couple of years ago against another member in here. His dog wiped the floor with mine and when my son asked him about it's fitness regime he told him it was basically just of the couch no prep, no long hard fitness routine just natural ability.

he was just rubbing salt in the wound cause he beat ya,not saying some dogs aint got that natural bit of flare but that will only show short term imo

failed dogs usually are in the for sale section with some bollocks about the owner packing up or another gay excuse ,or these dogs are usually free to a good home and get passed from pillar to post with folk expecting these dogs to work wonders
