hand held clay throwers and price of clays?

hi all was just wondering if anyone has tried those hand clay throwers and what they thinick of them? seems a cheap bit of fun think i saw one for about £8? also so how much should i expect to pay for clays per box? also what happens to clays once shot (and probably missed)? do they just break down in the ground?

The last time I bought clays I paid £7 or £8 for 150. The clays you miss may or may not break when they hit the ground. The ones that do not break you reuse

it was £7.50 last time bought some,think they are £15 for 150 now, yes the shot clays pieces and the intact clays not picked up do break down eventually but dont do any harm to the enviroment, ive actually found intact clays 12months after shooting but they broke up coming out the trap

Trust me, you will soon get fed up throwing clays by hand. Just buy one of the £25 odd cheap clay traps and mount it to a tidy stand.

 

Clays are around £7 a box.

Thanks lads seen a trap on sportsmanguncentre.com today for under £30 so prob get that, just for a bit of fun
