The cocktail stick and match stick challenge

Recommended Posts

Hi lads,

Here is a bit of shooting from today with my .177 HW100 S.

I decided to rise to a challenge set to me by a subscriber on YouTube that commented yesterday at me shooting the spent .22 calibre cart cases.

Here is what he said

“Have a go at shooting toothpicks pal, that's a fair old challenge. I've done it on my channel with the .22 HW100KT”.

Good challenge I thought so I decided to try it today for myself as well as jazz the challenge up in true Si style and make it a harder challenge than it was for myself.

Hope that you enjoy it.

Si.

And you rose to the challenge and bettered it, I expected nothing less

Nice one mate, I feel another challenge coming on :victory:

Nice one Elliot i had no idea you were on here too  buddy.

Ok a challenge for you then :hmm:

4 car dust caps off the tyres laid out in a line at 50 metres.

You need to hit all 4 within the space of a HW100 14 shot magazine or less

All are welcome to try

Ha ha yeah it was after watching your video's on YouTube I joined the HLF. Its one of the best channels on YouTube :toast:

Like the sound of the challenge, think I'll get down to the farm this weekend and if the weather is kind I'll give it a go. It keeps things interesting whilst the rabbits near me are in 'hybernation mode'

Please keep us informed to how you do mate.

Thanks for the comment about my YouTube channel.

I havent shot a rabbit now for about a week and a half but i had a crow a few days ago on camera at long range (50 ish metres) and a lased 65 metre crow this afternoon (perfect conditions and i have been working on long range shooting so i was confident in taking the shot) that was dead before it left the branch it was on :boogy::toast:

My mrs was well impressed as she didnt think it was a possible shot
