Hi

Just a quick one,how are you doing with the fenns in outbuildings etc ? Ive not been catching many in the tunnels outside the foul pens for the last few months but 2/3 a night inside the winter shed and main shed.they are good sized rats too,must be back for the winter as been virtually rodent free all summer, just the odd one or two a week,

time of year from them to leave the hedgebottoms and feilds and find dryer, warmer accomodation mate prefferably one with a constant food source

hi i had not caught a rat for 5 months with 9 traps set perminent around three buildings.

with the weather now turing we are starting to see them again. but only the odd one....... there does seem to be heaps of mice and smaller mamals this year.

15 0ut 0f 20 traps monday night 7 out of 20 last night ... someone was telling me at the weekend they had one come in an open kitchen window ... did 60 ish with the terriers fri and sat ...

Nice one I hate the bleeders,

Still filling the fenns most nights,had some of the floor boards up today in the winter pen and put some decent poison down,with that and the traps I hope to thin them a bit,last week I moved some chicken crates and about a dozen baby rats scattered got a few with the stick but the rest escaped,do they breed year round or what?

few comeing in now its geting colder.digging under the magpie trap.had 4 this week.

had 4 last night and 2 in live traps on the allotments -- had 6 today with my 13yr old russell not done a bad job on one place in a week . start a farm on monday ...
