Cree led torches

I'm after one of these for just mooching about, but I was wondering has anyone compared the ones on eBay for about £15 to the one from clulite and gunshops that can be over £100. Reading the spec they both seem to use the same led and same batteries. Any coments from people who have used them. Cheers

I'd hate to see what you counted as a long battery life then!

 

I've got an 800 lumen cree torch and one battery lasts about 4 hours??

Is your 800 lumen a cheap one or one of the expensive ones.?

Lidl were doing one a couple of weeks ago-£15. Get one if you can,they're better than my £120 masterlight!

No they look serious bits of kit... I wonder how they compare too the cheap ones and also the lightforce/culite etc. I would pay £150 for one but it would need to be better than a lightforce. I would wanna test one first.

I've been using the 800 for a couple of months and it's good....got a 1600 earlier this week though and it's in a different league entirely though, absolutely brilliant!
