COMPO 54
once a day, depending on time of year, during the summer and warmer months late at night so that the heat doesn't make the meat go off...........as stated portion wise a pigeon between two is enough. during the colder months it doesn't matter what time the food is given as its not hot enough to go off before they can eat it all. give fresh water daily (i use a pot dog bowl) and tidy away any left overs (but there shouldn't be any/much) My ferret eats all sorts of food, when shot/caught stuff is at a minimum then a chicken wing a day keeps him ok, when i have been ferreting he eats a rabbit head a day until they are all gone, i do have some dry food but its not very good for them and as a price to weight thing even the cheapest is actually dearer than fresh chicken wings from the supermarket.
