tegater 789
Not much use for the one you have, but if rebuying, then the ase utra Northstar doesn't touch the barrel apart from at the thread, yet it is still an over the barrel design, and much shorter than, t8 or wildcat. jamie g 17
only other way is to put abit of tape where the mod meets the barrel. but then you have to make sure the bushing isnt to tight on that tape Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
Well I put a smear of lithium grease inside the bush, if you remember to keep renewing it should be fine mate. Quote Link to post
IanB 0
Just a put a small wrap of electrical insulation tape around the barrel were the bush is like Jamie said.. Quote Link to post
fireblade_rrw 20
I've ben using one for 3 years, its as good as the day I bought it. As its made from carbon steel, theres a couple of golden rules: Take it off the gun after youve been out and use silicon grease on the thread & barrel where it makes contact. This minimises any marks. Dry it thoroughly (i leave it on radiator) then blast it with Legia sray oil. Job done Quote Link to post
