deanflute 550 Posted November 5, 2011 Report Share Posted November 5, 2011 Just a quick walk out about 11ish, Wasn't out looking for anything but she had other ideas! 1st one was along a hedgerow behind some brambles. Ran it up and down the hedge a couple of times and under the barbed wire and then she struck! Turned out to be mixy'd so it wasn't much of a challenge really. Second one was under some really thick cover and it bolted while she was in the middle of it! She was soon out and on the scent of it again and the rabbit snuck right upto my feet while I was leaning on the fence. It soon came to it's sences and ran off through a bit of bracken and down the hill into the wood. Lola ran down the valley in persuit and back up the other side but the rabbit had stayed at the bottom so I thought we'd lost it but Lola spotted it and made her way very swiftly down the hill. This one was a better challenge for her with a good strike and catch. 1 Quote Link to post
