jocky 198 Posted November 5, 2011 Report Share Posted November 5, 2011 i done a stir fry last night with duck, i cut the duck breast in stripes and marinated it in ginger and soy sause for 6 hr then cooked in wok for 3 min then added the stir fry. and done egg noddels with it. was very nice and tender.
