The graves are being devestated by the bunnies and the childrens area is enough to make one cry with all the holes being dug into the graves. Anyway, I have a key to the gate and can go in anytime I like as long as it is dark. I can also drive the car around the place coz it has a cobbled road way all around it:) Nice for when the wind is blowing from the West or it is raining. So, I am sat in the car about 10 mins before sundown just looking to see where I would start the nights hunting when, I see two figures, one male and one female. He is absolutly STEAMING angry, balling his fists, screwing up his jacket ( no lies here guys!!). I am thinking of driving away when they come over to where I am and start cleaning a grave stone, he is purple by this time and mad/killing mood angry. The woman cleans the stone, walks past me and says "Oh look, it is the guy who is sorting out the rabbits!!" Big smile and a wave and goes...............So, I gets the rifle out and loaded, lamp put on etc and settles down to wait for a bunny..TEN friggin minutes later I am aware of two torches coming up being me!! It is the plod...........So, I forgot I was a rev and said something like "Oh deary me, this could be awkward!" I put the rifle down, got out and the plod said they had been called out by a guy and they were wondering how I got the car through the locked gate. I said "Coz I have the key officer and, we are on log 128 tonight" So, they appologised and said thay had to check me out which was fine, they have a job to do and everything was fine, the guys asked a few shooting questions then went away..............It is dark now.............I settles down again and............about 20 minutes later a torch appears on my right........Another male and female, this time with a bag of tools and THREE big bunches of flowers and plants in flower pots................They got past the chapel of rest and set of all the alarms............Do the deed with the plants, go past the chapel of rest to get water and set all the alarms off again, get the water, walk back past the chapel of rest and......Yep, set all the fifin alarms of again!!!! they spend the next half hour praying and stuff, then they collected all the tools etc and walked back past the chapel of rest again setting of the alarms ...............I went home............I had had enough John Quote Link to post

And when I asked them about locking the side gate they wouldn't have it. Luckly the areas where I shoot are between half and 5 acres away from the actual graves them selves. John Quote Link to post
