deben tracer lamp

jist out of intrest are the any good and do the have a good beam thinking of buying one......how do the compare to the lightforce lamps.......is it worth paying extra for the dimmer?

was looking at some last week at the local gunshop and apparently they are every bit as good as the lightforce, the wiring seemed better, in a sturdier way,theres a 140, 170 and a 210, they were al £20 cheaper than the lightforce equivalent

blitz v=£150 tracer 210 v= £130

blitz = £125 tracer 210 =£105

lf 170v =£125 tracer170 =£105

lf170 =£105 tracer170 =£85

the filters are cheaper than the lightforce equivalent as well

I got a Deben Tracer Max, which i use on my rifle and out with the dog. Never let me down and puts out some decent light.

there bang on mate the beams everybit as good as light force plus the 170 is only a 75 watt bulb so doesnt eat ur battery as quick

_{hi lads im having the same dilemma as lurcher 96 however im swaying to this new tracer 210 variable. from what everything has said that i have read this new deben has an advantage with the wiring system bieng more heavy duty. cheers lads}
