andyfr1968 772
Hi, Joe. Air Arms own kit is second to none if it's service parts you're after. What exactly do you mean by 'tune' though? Quote Link to post
harleydavidson1 3
smoothness and power ,am soon to be fac holder Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
Just my opinion but if you're getting a slot for FAC air, the TX isn't ideal. As lovely as they are, they're not really designed for much more than 12ft-lbs. Much more than that ruins what is a lovely springer, you'll get around 16 at best before it turns into a total dog to use so there's not much point wasting a slot on your FAC. If you're wanting a springer there's none better than the Diana 48 or 52, or if you can find one and your budget allows the 54. They're made as standard to shoot close to 30ft-lbs in .22 and mid 20's in .177 and speaking from experience they shoot very well at those levels with no more recoil than most sub 12 rifles Quote Link to post
LukeUrry 1
I would also leave the tx as it is and get a hw80 if you want to go fac,ive shot one doing 22flb and it was smooth and very accurate Quote Link to post
