huntings a target they got rid of all the other rebels i r a etc peace treatments hunting is the last of the wild west or countryside mischief , but realy looking back its just went back to the 1800s

thats what i said mate, but thats what she was up in court for yesta, poaching! Went out ferreting and killed a rabbit done her for animal cruelity!

she got 10year ban on animals, £200 fine and 8 month referal order.

But aye, there is no way in hell they could support that, a ten year ban on keeping animals for killing WILD vermin? No chance you can link poaching to animal cruelty.

Read it in local paper today said she was ferreting in industrial estate cought a rabbit with ferrets held it by it's ears while her freind karate choped it 3 times to the body lol and she got a 10 year ban on animals

right so its cruelty rather than the act of poaching or simply killing.

The way it would work is she does not have lawful authority to take rabbits at that locus therefore by attempting to kill the rabbit she was subjecting it to unnecesary cruelty if she had chinned it or killed it with one blow the cruelty aspect would dissapear but she would still be convicted of poaching or trespass in pursuit of game.
