events co-ordinator 353 Posted November 3, 2011 Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 The way it would work is she does not have lawful authority to take rabbits at that locus therefore by attempting to kill the rabbit she was subjecting it to unnecesary cruelty if she had chinned it or killed it with one blow the cruelty aspect would dissapear but she would still be convicted of poaching or trespass in pursuit of game.
