danny boi 0
i did a fitness instructors course last year in college we touched on creatine. it is designed to repair muscle quicker as im sure you know that after a training session or similar the muscle fibres rip and repair themselves usually it takes about 24 hours which explains why we ache after training but creatine aids the repairing stage mendin the broken fibres quicker than normal, this means people can train more often and harder than if they wernt using creatine hence becoming fitter! but i dnt know how this will relate to dogs?? thanks dan Quote Link to post
