this isnt a jacker just ran for 4 mins killed it! then another got up so he could of been coursing for another 4 on another big ear thats fresh bn sat down so thats a 8 mins this got 2 b a top fit dog! its used its head in my eyes

hi all, was wondering what peoples opinion on a jacker is. today i slipped me 2year old dog on a longear had a cracking run around 4 minutes and killed it. then another hare jumped up about 75 yards away and he started to chase it half hearted for about 20 seconds and the hare got miles away and he stoped. he always gives 100%. would people consider this as a jacker?

so what would of call it if the hare made 75 yard on ya dog and he run another 20 seconds and stopped

my own feelin is that my dog used his head.ime not turning away from the fact he decided to stop but hes semi-fit and did have a good long bender 1st. all i can do is take the advice given,get him really fit and put him behind a few more and take it from there.

any dog will jack if given enough stick know your dogs limits and dont go overboard and try for that one more run

what has prices got to do wi owt lol aye but if the price is right

let look at the facts he took an unfit dog ran it for 4 minutes now lets say it averaged 30 mph wich is a speed

a fit collie can easy obtain it would have run 2 miles then it starts to run again straight away but after a few

yards thinks better of it does he think the dog is tired or is the dog out of sorts or slieghtly injured. no he comes

on and asks folk who wheren't there, don't know the dog or owt about the dog for their oppinions and when

someone tells him to shoot it he says he'll give it another go before any shootin goes on ffs.well bully for him

then you come on and call me a price lol now there could be a thousand reasons it pulled up and anyone with

the iq of a plant would just get the dog fit and see how it goes, only a fool would label it a jacker on that incident

alone. hey but what do i know your the big COURSING MAN.

if the dog ain't lame or showin any ill effects from that day take it runnin wi you every

day and time off the lead to strenthen it's joints run it on rabbits build up to other

stuff as a parra one thing you should know about is fitness
