bone cracking

Has anyone heard of bone cracking with running dogs and is it bad for them? I know a couple of people who supposidly do it professionally but I am not sure myself does anyone know owt about it? thanks

its a dog kyropractor the gh men will no of one or two mate it lines all the bones up and can get rid of traped nervs and such

You would only need to do it to your dog for the same reasons as you would do it to yourself!.....How often do you go to the back bender?

i red it in the countrymans weekly mate so i realy couldnt tell you i think they only have it done if ther is something wrong with the dog you are best of asking a gh man or in the gh section buddy

its a good job neighbour of mine is greyhound man 1 of my dogs couldn t turn in a 20 arce field got him to look at him turns out the dog had a trpped nerve in his back he twisted him a serten way heard a crack dog perfect now.

Definately dont go cracking your dogs bones willy nilly yourself. Get a proffesional gh man to look the dog over first and if they say it needs it then THEY can do it.

whats the reason for you wanting to get your dog cracked mate its not something that running dogs need regular its only if theres a problem

its call manipulation not cracking and o nly get an experienced greyhound man to do it or you could feck your dog up for good

The lads down are way all go to woodacre in Leigh up by Wigan he clicks an clunks the dogs he's a decent fella knows what he's on about he goes round the tracks.. Other people might say different tho ..

I get my back manipulated basically cracked at the physio, find it works wonders for me but not sure if it will come back to haunt me alot later in life

Yes I have started to do my own dogs, just goes to show that you are never two old to learn new tricks.

 

A good gh man off the site showed me how to do it and it works wonders. Only thing is don’t try do it in a public park, cause it will look like you are trying to give your dog one… :laugh:
