spindolero 1,111
i can recommend the carharrt double fronted trousers or dungarees. they are not waterproof but they are tough as f@ck, and water resistant, so good enough. 1 Quote Link to post

cdnhastings 23
Get the carhartts , and run em thru the wash with some canvas tent waterproof. hang em to dry, you will be all set. Nikwax makes some good wash in water proofing. Edited October 30, 2011 by hastings Quote Link to post

kernow oli 28
Get ya sen to any army n navy surplus store , I'm into my third season with my current waterproof dungaree's , n only twenty quid ! I'll second that, I've just bought a new bib n brace style pair of gore tex trousers as I finally caught me gussett on barbed wire last season in me old pair, and ripped a bloody great hole in them!! This would of been their 4th season too. At only £25 quid you can't go wrong. I put my jacket( army surplus dpm95 goretex,£18) and trousers through the was with proper waterproofer before the start of each season just as a bit of extra peice of mind too, keeps my nice n dry while digging!!
