1st Failure of the Si Pittaway challenge

Recommended Posts

It was a lovely day to day slight breeze ,blue sky, a perfect day to take up the Si Pittaway challenge. This was the first time i'd attempted to shoot anything at 75 mtr's.The first thing i noticed while zeroing was the big differance magnification has at that distance. My scope goes from 8-10 and it was hard to get it just right ,just over 8 and it was low ,a fraction more and it was to high. :hmm: Having thought i'd got it right at 4 milldot's holdover ,i commenced with the challenge.Having seen the footage up close the misses are'nt a million miles out,so i'm made up with my first attempt. On my next attempt i will fine tune the magnification....Ste

For those thinking of trying it, its alot harder than you may think.
