I can't beleive the RSPCA was that desperate to nail these lads they spent £12000 of peoples charitable money to take them to court , Its unreal the courts fined them so much it f*****g ridiculouse. I saw a lad in the paper who Robbed some pensioners get far less than this .

 

Perhaps if they had a solicitor instead of representing themselves it would have got chucked out of court.

Cant imagin you ever needing a solicitor .

Someone i know is getting took to court even though the evidence is slight and he had no equipment on him , his mrs is a nervous wreck that the dog's are going to be taken

What they're attempting to do is put digging a fox on par with digging a badger or the taking of a birds egg , and although no sentence was given it's supposed to and will, act as a frightener. I agree with Stabs, get yourself a good man in court who can argue the toss and wipe the floor with those animal police. Would the costs incurred go back to the arsepca and so they recuperate their loses?
