id better tell all of the pet shops by me which sell slip leds, theyd be looking at about 300 years with all the ones they own

 

btw you can carry a slip lead anywhere and walk your dog anywhere with one

Of course you can ,until you are caught ,and then you are facing 3 years for a first offence and ,up to 10 for a repeated one.
