And i heard they got hold of all SS,s client details..so all you out there who ordered a slip lead off SS get ready for the knock :blink:

SS is working for the Police, he is part of an elaborate sting operation , have nothing to do with him, they have" various" pending against him, he was promised immunity a new identity and life in LIbya .if he co-operated. :cray:

they are totally illegal...what ever you do dont get caught with one...you could be looking a 3 years....

Mate of mines doing a 15 stretch , caught with 25 kilo of slip leads , estimated street value of £ 19 .99 plus p&p . Nasty business that slip lead dealing is . !!

Not every one uses them to restrain young boys though!

Theres current debate on the technical legalities of blue polypropylene multi-plait,best hang fire before putting in any bulk-spool rope orders,maybe try cord,braid or a thinner twine?Either way the onis of proof is always going to be on you that its usage is non-slip related.

id better tell all of the pet shops by me which sell slip leds, theyd be looking at about 300 years with all the ones they own :icon_eek:

 

btw you can carry a slip lead anywhere and walk your dog anywhere with one

At the beginning of April this year i was walking along with the dog on a slip, officer dibble drove by having a nosey,i knew he was going to turn round so released the mutt and threw the slip into a field,i carried on walking and plod duly arrived,they said they had seen the dog wearing a slip,i smugly asked what slip lead,search me,they gave me the mandatory strip search and finding no lead issued me with an £80 fine for having the dog not under proper control in a public place,B****rds.
