the_stig 6,614 Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 (edited) yesterday me and a mate went for a strool over the fields to blow the cob webs off -- we took my 13 yr old russell bitch -- none of us can walk to far these days him with his bad knee me with my bad back and the old faithfull russell that would go for ever if she could - 20 mins in and the silly old fecker goes to ground on the edge of a wood no collar no kit we should know better we gave her time to settle - it was a toss up to see who was gonna do the 40 min round trip to get some gear i won my mate came back with my younger bitch 7 yr old just in case .. anyhow the old russell was baying steady located her and had an easy dig just over an hour one fox dispatched .. today where all fecked but with renewed enthusiasm you never know we might come out of retirement and do a few more ..
