Bunny Boiler 177
So, has anyone heard of this? I know what it is made of, but I was wondering if anyone else did or if the guy I found it from just made a name up for it. It is rather delicious, and it consists of simple stock juice, either sunday roast juices or an oxo cube with a friendly amount of tabasco sauce. That's it. It sounds pretty gross to some, but it is one of the most amazing flavours. I even take it skiing now in place of soup. The tabasco warms you up. Atb, Bunny. Parents aren't the hunting crowd, nor the alcoholic, so I miss out on things like sloe gin. ATB, Bunny.

Been around since the Edwardians. The really good stuff is made thus........ Ingredients 200 ml beef consommé 40 ml sherry 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 tsp tabasco 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce pinches salt You can swap the sherry for vodka and if you're feeling really brave add some grated fresh horseradish. You can serve it cold in the summer with ice in the glass or piping hot in the winter with hot sausages and mustard dip Edited November 29, 2011 by gerfalcon
