tillylamp 1,846
My wife and I have been ardent motorbike racing fans, I even had a dabble. We had been watching Marco since the 250's and even then we were impressed at how quickly he showed a flair for the sport. Yes, he has been a bit head strong in certain instances. We were only saying yesterday that we both thought that Marco was a natural and a future champion. Our thoughts are with his family, a real loss to the sport. Our thoughts are also with Colin Edwards as he was put in a terrible postion where he had absolutely no where to go to avoid Marco. A very very sad day indeed for Motogp Mr & Mrs Tillylamp

jasper65 6
Tragic! was sat here watching it as it unfolded. Can't understand why the bike didn't slip away when it went down? for some reason it pulled him back across the track infront of the other riders . RIP Marco
Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
RIP Marco From the footage I think he had some sort of blackout prior to the crash he was hung off the bike no motion and the bike still on two wheels just bearing round . A shocking loss my regards to his loved ones Cookie
