ElmerFud 52
I've heard differing opinions on how to prepare hare. Do you... 1. Hang it for 4 days, guts still in, fur still on or... 2. Gut the same day as it was shot like a rabbit? Thanks.

Giro 2,648
guts out ~ skin and cook it.. Or prepare meat and store in fridge. If your looking to enhance flavours maranade whilst in fridge.. I aint a fan of hanging rabbits, hares and birds, would rather it sat in a fridge or two days than hung in my shed JMO..
